Terms of Service

Effective 20 September 2026. These terms cover the website kuttilab.in and the Kutti Lab Publisher application.

1. The website

kuttilab.in is an informational website about the Kutti Lab YouTube channel and the software behind it. You may read and link to it freely. The text, illustrations and other content on this site belong to Kutti Lab unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

2. The Publisher app

Kutti Lab Publisher is an internal production tool. Access is granted only by the operator of the Kutti Lab channel to themselves and to collaborators they explicitly authorise. It is not a public service, it is offered without any warranty, and access may be withdrawn at any time.

Anyone granted access agrees to:

connect only YouTube channels they own or are authorised to manage;
use the app only to produce and publish content for those channels;
comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines, and applicable law, including laws protecting children;
keep their sign-in credentials private and report any suspected misuse.

3. Content

Content produced with the app is the responsibility of the channel owner who publishes it. The app applies automated checks for length, pace and suitability for young children, but those checks assist a human reviewer and do not replace one. Videos are produced with generative AI tools and are labelled on YouTube in accordance with YouTube's disclosure requirements where they apply.

4. Privacy

How personal data, including data accessed through Google and YouTube APIs, is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The website and the app are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kutti Lab disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Third-party services

The app relies on Google and YouTube API Services and on cloud infrastructure providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one published at this address, with its effective date above.

8. Governing law and contact
